Puppy Setup

1. Sleeping/quiet zone

* Comfortable crate with the door open

* Washable puppy bed

* Soft blanket

* Crate positioned against a wall or in a corner

2. Play zone

* 4–6 ft exercise pen

* Washable/non-slip flooring underneath

* A few rotating toys rather than 20 toys at once

* Puppy-safe chew toys

* Small tunnel or enrichment toy

3. Potty zone

If you’re using an indoor potty system, keep it as far from the bed as possible. A grass/turf tray can look much nicer than traditional pee pads.

4. Enrichment zone

* Lick mat

* Snuffle mat

* Treat-dispensing toy

* Puppy-safe puzzle

* A couple of different textures to explore
